Effective Saturday, January 15, 2022, LADWP-sponsored health insurance plan carriers began reimbursing for the cost of over-the-counter (OTC) COVID-19 test kits in accordance with guidance from three federal agencies (the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Labor, and the Treasury).
